Her kan du helt fint kj\u00f8pe ferdigstekte crostinier, men jeg pleier \u00e5 lage dem selv, av halvstekte bagetter som jeg steker i ovnen med litt olivenolje. Stek skivene i ovnen i omtrent 7 minutter, eller til de er gylne. Avkj\u00f8l crostiniskivene p\u00e5 rist n\u00e5r de er ferdige.<\/li><li>Mens crostiniene er i ovnen, lag krabber\u00f8ren. Bland sammen innholdet fra krabbeskjellene, r\u00f8mmen, majonesen, srirachaen, sitronskallet, sitronsaften og pepperroten. Smak til med salt og pepper.
