For \u00e5 v\u00e6re helt \u00e6rlig, er jeg ikke s\u00e5 glad i dem. Jeg har alltid sett verden i gr\u00e5sjatteringer, og kjenner motstand mot de som hevder at den enten er svart eller hvit &#8211; det holder ikke for meg. Det er som regel mer enn to sider av en sak, er min erfaring. Hvor skal jeg med dette, lurer du kanskje? Dette er bare en snirklete m\u00e5te \u00e5 forklare (og kanskje forsvare) \u00e5rsaken til at jeg fremdeles spiser kj\u00f8tt. Grovhakk l\u00f8k og hvitl\u00f8k, og skj\u00e6r gulr\u00f8ttene i jevnstore terninger.  Krydre oksekj\u00f8ttet med salt og pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm opp en tykkbunnet kjele til middels h\u00f8y varme. Stek baconet til det er spr\u00f8tt, og ta det ut av kjelen. Ha i litt olje, og stek h\u00f8yryggbitene raskt, til de f\u00e5r en god stekeskorpe. Ta kj\u00f8ttet ut av kjelen. Det kan l\u00f8nne seg \u00e5 gj\u00f8re dette i flere omganger, slik at kj\u00f8ttet blir stekt og ikke kokt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ta kj\u00f8ttet ut av kjelen, og ha i litt mer olje. Stek l\u00f8ken og hvitl\u00f8ken raskt, og ha gulr\u00f8ttene. Tilsett tomatpur\u00e9. Stek det hele i noen f\u00e5 minutter, og ha kj\u00f8ttet tilbake i kjelen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hell over vin, kraft, soyasaus og solb\u00e6rsaft, og la det hele putre under lokk p\u00e5 lav varme i omtrent to timer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skrell delikatessel\u00f8ken, og ha den i kjelen. La det hele putre i ca. en halvtime uten lokk. Kutt soppen i fire, og stek den gyllen i en panne med litt sm\u00f8r. Bland soppen inn i gryten, smak til med salt og pepper. Topp med grovhakket persille. Server med potetmos, parmesanpolenta eller hvitl\u00f8ksbr\u00f8d.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvis du ikke synes sausen er tykk nok, kan du blande ut 1 ss maisenna i \u00bd dl vann, og r\u00f8re dette inn i sausen.
