Forventningene var skyh\u00f8ye, og planene og \u00f8nskene for kvelden var mange: hvor skulle vi v\u00e6re, hvem skulle komme, hva skulle vi spise og, det viktigste av alt, kom det til \u00e5 v\u00e6re gutter der? Og hvem skulle man eventuelt dele nytt\u00e5rskysset med? Vi planla i uker og m\u00e5neder i forkant, men all planlegging til tross &#8211; kvelden endte s\u00e5 alt for ofte i t\u00e5rer for noen, uten nytt\u00e5rskyss for flere og med litt for mye d\u00e5rlig r\u00f8dvin innabords for samtlige. Det er ungdommens lodd, p\u00e5 en m\u00e5te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5nn er det heldigvis ikke lenger. Jeg har f\u00e5tt barn, ett helt nytt av \u00e5ret, og vi feirer \u00e5rets slutt sammen med andre barnefamilier. Det g\u00e5r relativt rolig for seg. Kvelden begynner med kongens tale, og avsluttes med fyrverkeri og p\u00e5 et fornuftig tidspunkt. Det er kanskje ikke h\u00e6la i taket, men jeg skal love at vi spiser god mat. Kok opp vann, sukker, salt og eddik, s\u00e5 sukkeret l\u00f8ser seg opp. Ha cognac i eddikblandingen, og hell det over soppen. Dette kan du gj\u00f8re flere uker i forveien, hvis du vil. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lag majones (eller bruk ferdigkj\u00f8pt, det g\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 bra), og bland med en raus h\u00e5ndfull karse. Jeg gjorde det i foodprosessor, men det kan du ogs\u00e5 gj\u00f8re for h\u00e5nd. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Krydre reinsdyret med salt og pepper. Varm opp en stekepanne til h\u00f8y varme, og ha i sm\u00f8r og olje. Stek filetene raskt p\u00e5 alle sider, her holder det med 30 sekunder &#8211; du skal bare ha stekeskorpe, varmen skal ikke g\u00e5 inn i kj\u00f8ttet. La kj\u00f8ttet hvile i ca. 10 minutter. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bruk en skarp kniv, og skj\u00e6r kj\u00f8ttet i s\u00e5 tynne skiver som mulig.
