N\u00e5 har jeg skapt min egen lille familie, og kjenner p\u00e5 tradisjonsansvaret &#8211; jeg \u00f8nsker meg nemlig at d\u00f8trene mine skal kunne si &laquo;mamma lagde alltid varm sjokolade p\u00e5 tredje s\u00f8ndag i advent&raquo;, eller &laquo;den sk\u00e5len brukte mamma bare til pepperkaker&raquo; n\u00e5r de blir voksne. Minnene om min barndom, spesielt min barndoms jul, best\u00e5r nemlig i stor grad av tradisjoner, og det er jeg s\u00e5 veldig takknemlig for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r det er sagt: man m\u00e5 v\u00e6re \u00e5pen for nye ideer for \u00e5 skape tradisjoner. De m\u00e5 nemlig skapes, og det krever faktisk litt jobb. Det sies at noe m\u00e5 gjenta seg tre ganger, over tre \u00e5r, for at man skal kunne kalle det en tradisjon, og det betyr at man m\u00e5 begynne et sted. Det betyr ogs\u00e5 at man m\u00e5 holde ut. En av mine nyeste tradisjoner har blitt en favoritt. Den heter &laquo;lektorenes julebord&raquo;, og er egentlig bare en unnskyldning for \u00e5 spise mat og drikke vin med en favorittvenninne. (Som om vi egentlig trenger en unnskyldning, men du vet &#8211; f\u00f8rjulstida er travel. Man m\u00e5 prioritere.) Jeg gj\u00f8r meg litt ekstra flid n\u00e5r jeg lager mat til lektorenes julebord, og i \u00e5r lagde jeg denne retten. Den er inspirert av en rett som etter hvert har blitt sagnomsust fra Arakataka, og jeg t\u00f8r ikke si at min variant er <em>like<\/em> god, men jeg mener at den kun ligger en h\u00e5rsbredd bak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To viktige ting: bruk for all del pasta av god kvalitet. Denne retten M\u00c5 ha pasta av god kvalitet. Jeg lagde pastaen selv, men hvis du synes det er for mye jobb, b\u00f8r du bruke noen ekstra kroner p\u00e5 kvalitetspasta. Det vil du ikke angre p\u00e5. Nummer to: her har jeg brukt l\u00f8yrom. Det er kjempegodt, men ogs\u00e5 hysterisk dyrt, og jeg p\u00e5st\u00e5r at l\u00f8yromen ikke helt forsvarer sin egen pris. Poenget er, ikke la prisen p\u00e5 l\u00f8yrom hindre deg i \u00e5 lage dette. Bruk \u00f8rret- eller lakserogn i stedet, hvis det gir deg lavere skuldre. Du fortjener nemlig \u00e5 nyte denne retten med lave skuldre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Porsjoner: 4 til forrett<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g god, tynn<a href=\"https:\/\/bestejegvet.no\/index.php\/2021\/06\/14\/hjemmelaget-pasta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\" pasta\"> pasta<\/a>, helst linguine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sjalottl\u00f8k av middels st\u00f8rrelse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00bd dl hvitvin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g sm\u00f8r<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ts sukker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g l\u00f8yrom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gressl\u00f8k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kok opp en stor kjele vann og ha i raust med salt. Kok pastaen som anvist p\u00e5 pakken. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finhakk sjalottl\u00f8ken. Varm opp en liten kjele p\u00e5 middels h\u00f8y varme, og stek sjalottl\u00f8ken i litt olje til den er myk. Ha i hvitvinen, og kok inn til du har omtrent 1\/3 av det du begynte med. (Det kan v\u00e6re lurt \u00e5 \u00e5pne l\u00f8yromen n\u00e5, den boksen kan v\u00e6re litt kranglete.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mens pastaen koker (den b\u00f8r ha omtrentlig koketid p\u00e5 5 minutter, med mindre du har laget den selv &#8211; da er koketiden betraktelig kortere), lager du resten av sm\u00f8rsausen. Det er ganske viktig at sausen og pastaen er ferdig ca. samtidig. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skj\u00e6r sm\u00f8ret i terninger. Ta kjelen med sjalottl\u00f8k av varmen, og pisk en og en terning med sm\u00f8r inn i hvitvinsreduksjonen. Til slutt skal du ha en tykk, fyldig sm\u00f8rsaus. Smak til med litt sukker og salt. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hell av vannet fra pastaen, og bland den med sausen.
