Denne salaten er en av disse. For det f\u00f8rste er det bare pinjekjernene som skal varmebehandles, s\u00e5 den tar virkelig null tid \u00e5 slenge den sammen. For det andre er det en litt &laquo;otippad&raquo; sammensetning av smaker, og det gj\u00f8r meg alltid glad. F\u00f8rste gang jeg pr\u00f8vde dette, var jeg skeptisk &#8211; r\u00e5 gr\u00f8nnk\u00e5l, liksom? Men alts\u00e5, frykt virkelig ikke, dette har blitt, og kommer til \u00e5 forbli, en av mine absolutte favoritter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeg anbefaler ikke \u00e5 bruke ferdigkuttet gr\u00f8nnk\u00e5l til dette. Hvis du kj\u00f8per bladene, er det lettere \u00e5 fjerne stilken, den er nemlig litt trevlete n\u00e5r den er r\u00e5, dessuten har du bedre kontroll over hvor fint du f\u00e5r snittet k\u00e5len. Jeg serverte denne til stekt kylling og rotmos, som en ekte h\u00f8stmiddag, men jeg er sikker p\u00e5 at dette smaker nydelig til ovnbakt torsk, eller bare for seg selv, kanskje med surdeigsbr\u00f8d og hummus til?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Sidesalat til 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ca. 200 g gr\u00f8nnk\u00e5l<\/li><li>ca. 30 g parmesan<\/li><li>ca. 35 g pinjekjerner<\/li><li>ca. 70 g rosiner<\/li><li>skallet av 1 sitron<\/li><li>olivenolje<\/li><li>salt og pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Varm opp en stekepanne til medium h\u00f8y varme, og ha i pinjekjernene. Stek dem til de er gylne, i ca. 6 minutter.<\/li><li>Skj\u00e6r k\u00e5lbladene av stilken, og finsnitt dem.
