De siste \u00e5rene har det dukket opp flere sm\u00e5 izakayaer og ramensteder i Oslo, hvilket jeg mener er skikkelig flaks for oss som bor i n\u00e6rheten. Personlig elsker jeg en god nigiri, men hvis du ikke har utforsket annen japansk mat tidligere, er du p\u00e5 overtid. Dette er mitt tegn til deg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er en kjensgjerning at Norge og Skandinavia er bedre p\u00e5 br\u00f8d en resten av verden (ja, selv bedre enn Italia og Frankrike), vi er godt vant her i nord. I Japan lager de shokupan, eller melkeloff. Den lages med tangzhong, en paste av mel og melk. Det gir et sv\u00e6rt luftig resultat, og det er en god loff som egner seg godt til akkurat denne sandwichen. Dessuten blir det veldig autentisk, s\u00e5nn det skal v\u00e6re, liksom &#8211; men jeg d\u00f8mmer deg ikke om du velger en annen type br\u00f8d. Du er ikke br\u00f8dsnobb, du er nordmann. F\u00f8dt med ski p\u00e5 beina, og glad i en god br\u00f8dskive. S\u00e5nn er det bare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>4 rause sandwicher<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8 br\u00f8dskiver (shokupan, brioche eller din favoritt)<\/li><li>4 nakkekoteletter uten bein<\/li><li>2 dl panko<\/li><li>2 egg<\/li><li>6 ss mel<\/li><li>ca. 2 ts majones (helst kewpie, men ta den du har)<\/li><li>2 dl rapsolje<\/li><li>ca. \u00bd k\u00e5lhode<\/li><li>saften av ca. \u00bd sitron<\/li><li>salt <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tonkatsusaus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 ss ketchup<\/li><li>4 ts Worschestersaus<\/li><li>3 ts oystersaus<\/li><li>2 ts sukker<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bruk en kj\u00f8tthammer eller bunnen av en kjele, og bank kotelettene jevnt flate. De skal ikke bli veldig tynne, men ha jevn tykkelse. <\/li><li>Ha mel, egg og panko i hver sin dype tallerken. Dypp kotelettene f\u00f8rst i mel, deretter i egg, og til slutt i panko, s\u00e5nn at de er jevnt panert. <\/li><li>Varm opp oljen i en tykkbunnet stekepanne eller kjele. Den skal holde omtrent 180 grader. N\u00e5r oljen er varm, stek kotelettene i omtrent 4 minutter p\u00e5 hver side, og ha dem over p\u00e5 en rist. Krydre umiddelbart med salt. <\/li><li>Finsnitt k\u00e5len, og ha den over i en bolle. Ha over sitronsaft, og bland godt. Smak til med salt. <\/li><li>Bland sammen ingrediensene til tonkatsusausen i en bolle. <\/li><li>Sm\u00f8r majones p\u00e5 br\u00f8dskivene, topp med k\u00e5lsalat, 1-2 ss tonkatsusaus og de panerte kotelettene. &laquo;Lukk&raquo; sandwichene med en br\u00f8dskive til, og del dem i to.
