Det vil si, den er i aller h\u00f8yeste grad laget p\u00e5 1-2-3, men nummer 3 m\u00e5 nesten gj\u00f8res mens gjestene sitter ved bordet. Det siste steget er nemlig \u00e5 steke halloumien, og halloumi er s\u00e5 til de grader best n\u00e5r den er nystekt. Varm halloumi er rik p\u00e5 smak, er akkurat s\u00e5 salt at det bare er godt, og f\u00f8les n\u00e6rmes kj\u00f8ttaktig i konsistensen. Kald halloumi minner mest om viskel\u00e6r. Derfor &#8211; gj\u00f8r alt klart i forkant. Legg opp sitrusfrukten, ha chilifakene klare, og f\u00e5 gjestene til \u00e5 sette seg. S\u00c5 steker du osten. Hvis du gj\u00f8r det s\u00e5nn, har du sommerens beste forrett klar p\u00e5 null komma svisj. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du foretrekker, kan du legge opp hele salaten p\u00e5 et fat, og la folk forsyne seg etter eget velbehag og skaml\u00f8shet. Legg skivene utover et fat eller p\u00e5 tallerkener. Skj\u00e6r halloumiosten i 6 skiver. Hit kan og b\u00f8r du forberede.<\/li><li>Varm opp en stekepanne (helst en i st\u00e5l, jeg opplever at nonstick ikke blir varmt nok &#8211; men du tar det du har) til middels h\u00f8y varme, og ha i ca. 2 ss olivenolje. Pass p\u00e5 at oljen er ordentlig varm, f\u00f8r du legger osten i pannen. <\/li><li>Stek osten i omtrent 2 minutter p\u00e5 den ene siden, eller til den har f\u00e5tt en gyllen stekeskorpe. Snu osten, og stek p\u00e5 andre siden ogs\u00e5. Ha den ferdigstekte halloumien opp\u00e5 sitrusfrukten.<\/li><li>Ha resten av olivenoljen og honning i den varme pannen, og r\u00f8r det fort sammen. Honningen skal smelte inn i oljen. Hell den smeltede honningen over halloumiosten, og topp det hele med litt chiliflak. Her kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re godt med pinjekjerner, eller kanskje granateplekjerner.<\/li><li>Server umiddelbart!
