Det er bare at jeg synes egentlig ikke aspargesb\u00f8nner er s\u00e5 veldig kj\u00e6rt. Jeg synes det er voksaktig, og at det smaker litt lite. P\u00e5 Delicatessen, en kjede med tapasrestauranter i Oslo, serverer de aspargesb\u00f8nner med sitronolje, en favorittrett hos mange. Mine venner inkludert. Jeg synes aspargesb\u00f8nner er helt ok, hverken mer eller mindre. Jeg blir gjerne med p\u00e5 \u00e5 bestille dem, men&#8230; alts\u00e5. Delicatessen har 20 andre retter jeg heller bestiller. (N\u00e5r det er sagt, mener jeg de har Oslos beste tapas. For ikke \u00e5 snakke om hylleblomst-sangria.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men av en eller annen grunn hadde jeg aspargesb\u00f8nner i kj\u00f8leskapet denne kvelden. Og jeg var sulten, og fikk et blaff av kreativitet over meg. Det resulterte i denne lille retten, sm\u00e5tt inspirert av Delicatessens sitronb\u00f8nner &#8211; og du burde faktisk pr\u00f8ve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Porsjoner: en stor siderett til 2, en liten siderett til 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g aspargesb\u00f8nner<\/li><li>olje til steking<\/li><li>saften og skallet av \u00bd sitron<\/li><li>2 ss sm\u00f8r<\/li><li>en h\u00e5ndfull skivede mandler<\/li><li>salt og pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kutt av endene p\u00e5 aspargesb\u00f8nnene.<\/li><li>Varm opp en t\u00f8rr stekepanne til middels h\u00f8y varme. Rist mandelskivene til de er gylne, i omtrent 4 minutter. Ha mandelskivene over i en liten sk\u00e5l.<\/li><li>Ha litt olje i den varme stekepannen. Stek aspargesb\u00f8nnene til de er myke og har f\u00e5tt litt farge, i omtrent fem minutter. <\/li><li>Riv over skallet av \u00bd sitron, og klem over saften. Ha i 2 ss sm\u00f8r, og la det smelte. R\u00f8r rundt s\u00e5 sm\u00f8ret og sitronsaften blander seg.<\/li><li>Ha aspargesb\u00f8nnene over p\u00e5 et fat, og topp med stekte mandler. Server p\u00e5 tapasbordet, eller til kylling, kj\u00f8tt eller fisk.
