Det er bare noen hverdager som ikke spiller p\u00e5 lag. Det er m\u00f8kkav\u00e6r, det er ikke mer melk igjen i kj\u00f8leskapet, matpakkebr\u00f8det har blitt muggent, jeg finner ikke n\u00f8klene mine, barnevogna setter seg fast i slaps og sludd, og to\u00e5ringen vil ikke hjem fra barnehagen. Det er middagstid, alle har lavt blodsukker, alle trenger mat, men ingen har tid til \u00e5 vente. Ikke har vi spist fisk p\u00e5 minst en uke, heller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er da denne retten er s\u00e5 innmari god \u00e5 ha i bakh\u00e5nd. Det er da jeg takker alt som er hellig for det magiske som er egg, mel og fl\u00f8te. For denne retten tar det ca like lang tid \u00e5 lage, som det tar \u00e5 vente p\u00e5 at vann og pasta koker. En liten genistrek der, alts\u00e5. Hvis noen i tillegg kan hjelpe til med \u00e5 dekke bordet, er mye gjort. Det eneste som kanskje er litt dumt, er at dette er ikke upreget sunt &#8211; s\u00e5 jeg pleier \u00e5 kutte et brokkolihode i sm\u00e5 buketter, og steke dem raskt i en panne. Da f\u00e5r jeg pressa inn litt vitaminer og mineraler i kosten ogs\u00e5, og det er jo ikke \u00e5 forakte. Selv om noen ganger f\u00e5r selv n\u00e6ringsinnhold vike for raskt, enkelt og digg, det er jeg den f\u00f8rste til \u00e5 innr\u00f8mme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Porsjoner: 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 g pasta (din foretrukne type)<\/li><li>1 sjalottl\u00f8k<\/li><li>3 ss hvitvinseddik<\/li><li>1\u20132 dl pastavann<\/li><li>1\u20132 dl fl\u00f8te<\/li><li>1 fiskebuljongterning (eller litt fiskefond, eller litt fiskekraft)<\/li><li>240 g r\u00f8kelaks i skiver<\/li><li>1 bunt v\u00e5rl\u00f8k<\/li><li>1 sitron<\/li><li>dill<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kok opp en <em>stor<\/em> kjele vann, og ha i omtrent 1 ss salt (2 ss hvis du bruker koshersalt). Finhakk sjalottl\u00f8ken og kutt v\u00e5rl\u00f8ken i tynne skiver. Ha pastaen i vannet n\u00e5r det koker.<\/li><li>Varm opp en liten kjele til middels h\u00f8y varme, og ha i litt olje. Stek sjalottl\u00f8ken i et par minutter, eller til den er blank. Ha hvitvinseddiken i kjelen, og la den koke inn til omtrent halvparten, i et par minutter. (Koketiden kommer helt an p\u00e5 hvor stor kjele du bruker, varmen p\u00e5 platen og tykkelsen p\u00e5 kjelebunnen. Her er det lurt \u00e5 f\u00f8lge med.)<\/li><li>N\u00e5r pastaen n\u00e6rmer seg ferdigkokt, ta av et par desiliter av pastavannet, og hell av resten. Ha pastaen tilbake i kjelen. Ha pastavannet og buljongterningen i kjelen med sjalottl\u00f8ken, og la buljongterningen smelte i vannet. Ha i fl\u00f8ten, og r\u00f8r om. Hell sausen over i pastaen, og r\u00f8r om i et par minutter. Det skal forme seg en kremet saus i bunnen av kjelen. Ha oppi mer pastavann eller fl\u00f8te ved behov. Smak til med saft og finrevet skall fra sitronen. (R\u00f8kelaksen er veldig salt, derfor anbefaler jeg ikke \u00e5 salte noe s\u00e6rlig f\u00f8r helt til slutt)<\/li><li>Skj\u00e6r r\u00f8kelaksskivene i tykke strimler. R\u00f8r v\u00e5rl\u00f8kskivene inn i pastaen, og tilsett r\u00f8kelaksen. R\u00f8r den forsiktig inn i pastaen.
