Jeg finner den halve sitronen jeg trenger, det var ikke tomt for honning allikevel, jeg husker \u00e5 snu kyllingen akkurat i tide &#8211; eller jeg bare f\u00e5r en innmari god id\u00e9. Dette var en s\u00e5nn dag. Jeg hadde et lite minutt for meg selv, og brukte det til \u00e5 scrolle p\u00e5 Instagram (heihei, alle sm\u00e5barnsforeldre som vet hva det betyr), og ble som alltid inspirert av <a href=\"https:\/\/siljespiser.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Silje<\/a>. F\u00f8lg henne p\u00e5 instagram hvis du vet hva som er godt for deg. Hun lagde ribbe med gochujangsaus, og jeg ble umiddelbart misunnelig. Og inspirert. Denne gangen var det inspirasjonen som vant, heldigvis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kylling og appelsin er som et nyforelsket par. De utfyller hverandre, komplimenterer hverandre, og utfordrer hverandre akkurat nok til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re hverandre bedre. For en stund tilbake fikk jeg servert en asiatisk kyllingrett med nettopp appelsin, og jeg har ikke greid \u00e5 glemme den siden. Den retten, Siljes formidable ribberett, og boksen med gochujang jeg har i kj\u00f8leskapet, er grunnlaget for oppskriften under &#8211; intet mindre enn en genistrek, hvis du sp\u00f8r mannen min. &laquo;Den beste kyllingen jeg noensinne har spist&raquo; ble ytret. Helt sant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Porsjoner: 4<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 kg overl\u00e5r av kylling med skinn <\/li><li>salt og pepper<\/li><li>1 appelsin<\/li><li>saften av 2 appelsiner <\/li><li>1 dl kyllingkraft<\/li><li>3 ss honning<\/li><li>2 ss gochugang<\/li><li>3 ss soyasaus<\/li><li>\u00bd kinesisk hvitl\u00f8k<\/li><li>saften av 1 lime<\/li><li>3 ss sm\u00f8r<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bc\u2013\u00bd k\u00e5lhode <\/li><li>2 gulr\u00f8tter<\/li><li>3 v\u00e5rl\u00f8k<\/li><li>2 ss olivenolje<\/li><li>1 ss honning<\/li><li>2 ts sesamolje<\/li><li>saften av 1 lime<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 dl jasminris<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hvis du vil, kan du beine ut kyllingl\u00e5rene (forutsatt at du har kj\u00f8pt l\u00e5r med bein) &#8211; det pleier jeg \u00e5 gj\u00f8re, det blir s\u00e5 mye lettere \u00e5 spise dem p\u00e5 den m\u00e5ten. Det er ikke vanskelig, men det er strengt tatt ikke n\u00f8dvendig. Stek kyllingl\u00e5rene med skinnsiden ned, i omtrent 9 minutter, eller til de er crispy. <\/li><li>Kok ris som anvist p\u00e5 pakken.<\/li><li>Finriv hvitl\u00f8ken (jeg bruker microplane og kan aldri g\u00e5 tilbake). Bland sammen ingrediensene til sausen: appelsinsaft, kyllingkraft, honning, gochujang (den kan byttes ut med en annen chilisaus, feks sriracha, men da b\u00f8r du redusere mengden &#8211; sriracha er mye sterkere), soyasaus, finrevet hvitl\u00f8k og saften av 1 lime. <\/li><li>Snu kyllingen, og hell sausen oppi pannen. Pass p\u00e5 at du ikke heller sausen over det crispy skinnet, da blir det mykt igjen. La sausen koke inn til omtrent halvparten gjenst\u00e5r, i omtrent 15 minutter. Den skal v\u00e6re ganske m\u00f8rk og tyktflytende. <\/li><li>Lag salaten mens sausen reduseres. Finsnitt k\u00e5lhodet, grovrasp gulr\u00f8ttene og kutt v\u00e5rl\u00f8ken i tynne skiver. Ha alt i en salatbolle, og ha over olivenolje, honning, sesamolje, limesaft og litt salt. <\/li><li>Skj\u00e6r av skallet p\u00e5 appelsinen, og skj\u00e6r fruktkj\u00f8ttet i tynne skiver, eller fileter den. Lag litt plass i pannen, og pisk sm\u00f8ret inn i sausen. Smak til, kanskje du trenger litt mer sm\u00f8r? Sausen skal smake fyldig, salt, s\u00f8tt og ha et lite sting.
