Etter tre lange sommeruker p\u00e5 diverse hytter med diverse familie, var det litt ekstra ensomt \u00e5 komme hjem i \u00e5r &#8211; for selv om pandemien kanskje n\u00e6rmer seg slutten, ser det ikke ut til \u00e5 v\u00e6re slutt p\u00e5 hjemmekontor med det f\u00f8rste. Jeg sitter alts\u00e5 alene, forvist inn p\u00e5 et rom i leiligheten som for tiden fungerer som kontor, gjesterom og lager. I stillhet. Med tankene. Og denne dagen dreide tankene seg i hovedsak om den kiloen miso jeg hadde liggende i kj\u00f8leskapet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En kilo miso er overraskende <em>mye<\/em> miso, og det er grenser for hvor mye misomajones, -suppe og -dressing man kan innta. Miso er, for de uinnvidde, en pasta av fermenterte soyab\u00f8nner, og har en vidunderlig, n\u00f8tteaktig smak. Denne smaken, slo det meg, passer utmerket med sjokolade. Dessuten hadde jeg lyst p\u00e5 cookies. Presto: miso-chocolate chip cookies. Deigen kan fryses!<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>225 g sm\u00f8r<\/li><li>3 ss helmelk<\/li><li>150 g sukker<\/li><li>150 g brunt sukker<\/li><li>2 egg<\/li><li>260 g mel<\/li><li>1 ts salt<\/li><li>1 ts natron<\/li><li>1 ts vaniljesukker<\/li><li>2 ss lys misopaste<\/li><li>150 g melkesjokolade<\/li><li>150 g kokesjokolade<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Smelt halvparten av sm\u00f8ret i en liten kjele. Det skal bli brunt, men ikke brent, s\u00e5 ta det av varmen n\u00e5r det har sluttet \u00e5 boble, og det flyter brune flekker mot overflaten. Del resten av sm\u00f8ret i grove terninger, og ha det i en bolle sammen med det brunede sm\u00f8ret og helmelken. La blandingen avkj\u00f8les, du trenger ikke r\u00f8re i den.<\/li><li>Ha det hvite og brune sukkeret i en bolle, og hell over det avkj\u00f8lte sm\u00f8ret. Det kan v\u00e6re lunkent, men m\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6re varmt, for da smelter sukkeret. R\u00f8r det raskt sammen, til du har en jevn masse. <\/li><li>R\u00f8r inn eggene, ett av gangen. R\u00f8r sammen de t\u00f8rre ingrediensene (mel, salt, natron og vaniljesukker) i en bolle, og ha det over i den v\u00e5te blandingen. Bland alt sammen til du har en homogen masse. <\/li><li>Kutt sjokoladen i passelig store biter (eller v\u00e6r fancy og kj\u00f8p dyre sjokoladepletter. Det er egentlig best), og ha den i deigen sammen med misoen. Bland alt sammen, til misoen og sjokoladebitene er jevnt fordelt i deigen. <\/li><li>Dekk et stekebrett med bakepapir. Lag cookies av en dr\u00f8y spiseskje deig. Du kan sette cookiesene tett i tett p\u00e5 brettet, for n\u00e5 skal de inn i kj\u00f8leskapet &#8211; i minst en time, gjerne natten over, og hvis du har <em>kjempegod <\/em>tid, i to d\u00f8gn.<\/li><li>(Hvis det ikke passer \u00e5 steke alle cookiesene p\u00e5 en gang, kan du ha den ferdigposjonerte cookiedeigen i fryseren, s\u00e5 har du alltid dessert for h\u00e5nden. Praktisk ved uanmeldte gjester.)<\/li><li>Varm opp ovnen til 180 grader. Legg cookiesene p\u00e5 et stekebrett med bakepapir. Pass p\u00e5 at det er god plass mellom emnene, jeg pleier aldri \u00e5 steke mer enn seks av gangen. <\/li><li>Stek cookiesene i 8\u201312 minutter. Steketiden avhenger av st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 cookiesene, og temperaturen i ovnen din &#8211; ingen ovn er lik. I min ovn var disse perfekte etter 10 minutter.<\/li><li>Avkj\u00f8l cookiesene p\u00e5 brettet i omtrent 7 minutter, f\u00f8r du flytter dem over p\u00e5 rist og lar dem avkj\u00f8les helt.
