Jeg er opptatt av trender. Mote, interi\u00f8r &#8211; og mat. Noen ganger tror jeg at jeg har v\u00e6rt original i valgene mine, bare for \u00e5 oppdage at de samme valgene (det v\u00e6re seg et m\u00f8bel, et klesplagg eller en rett) dukker opp hos en venninne, i et magasin eller p\u00e5 en restaurant. Restaurantopplevelsen hadde jeg igjen for bare en uke siden. Jeg og lyset i mitt liv hadde skaffet oss barnevakt og hadde bestilt bord p\u00e5 Nektar vinbar, verdens hyggeligste lille sted i Oslo. P\u00e5 veien dit snakket lyset og jeg om ansjosen, denne geniale lille smaksforsterkeren som s\u00e5 mange er redde for. En helt un\u00f8dvendig, om enn forst\u00e5elig, frykt, sp\u00f8r du meg. Vi undret oss over hvorfor ansjosen ikke f\u00e5r mer oppmerksomhet, den er s\u00e5 anvendelig! I pastasauser, majoneser, eller bare rett fra boksen p\u00e5 digg br\u00f8d med h\u00f8ykvalitetssm\u00f8r. Fremdeles undrende, setter vi oss til bords &#8211; og tror du ikke &laquo;ansjostoast&raquo; er det f\u00f8rste jeg ser p\u00e5 menyen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5nn er det. Vi er fanget i trendbobla i mye st\u00f8rre grad enn vi vet, det er min p\u00e5stand. Og n\u00e5r det kommer til akkurat ansjos, synes jeg trendbobla er et helt fint sted \u00e5 v\u00e6re. Ansjosen fortjener faktisk litt oppmerksomhet. Under f\u00e5r du min variant av toasten de serverte p\u00e5 Nektar. Der brukte de ogs\u00e5 syltet ansjos, men det fant ikke jeg &#8211; det gikk helt fint, skulle det vise seg, selv om det er viktig \u00e5 bruke ansjos av god kvalitet.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Porsjoner: lag \u00e9n br\u00f8dskive til hver! Oppskriften under holder til to stykker.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 hvitl\u00f8ksfedd<\/li><li>1 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/bestejegvet.no\/index.php\/2021\/06\/09\/majones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">majones<\/a><\/li><li>1 fennikel<\/li><li>2 reddiker<\/li><li>1 ss olivenolje<\/li><li>1 ss hvitvinseddik<\/li><li>1 gr\u00f8nn chili<\/li><li>2 lyse surdeigsbr\u00f8dskiver<\/li><li>1 ss sm\u00f8r<\/li><li>6 ansjosfileter<\/li><li>salt og pepper<\/li><li>dill\/gressl\u00f8k<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Finhakk eller finriv hvitl\u00f8ksfeddet, og bland med majonesen. Hvis du bruker ferdigmajones, kan du ogs\u00e5 tilsette \u00bd ss hvitvinseddik.<\/li><li>Riv fenikkelen og reddikene s\u00e5 tynt du kan p\u00e5 en mandolin. Ha fenikkelskivene i en bolle, og vend dem i olivenolje og hvitvinseddik. Smak til med pepper og litt salt. (Her trenger du ikke s\u00e5 mye salt, iom at ansjosen tilf\u00f8rer ganske mye av det.)<\/li><li>Skj\u00e6r chilien i tynne skiver.<\/li><li>Varm opp en stekepanne til middels varme, og smelt sm\u00f8ret i pannen. Stek br\u00f8dskivene til de er gylne p\u00e5 begge sider, i omtrent 4 minutter p\u00e5 hver side. <\/li><li>Sm\u00f8r godt med aioli p\u00e5 skivene, topp med 3 ansjosfileter og godt med chiliskiver (selv jeg, som ikke er s\u00e5 glad i sterk mat, vil ha litt chili i hver bit her).
