De fryktene inkluderte (men var ikke begrenset til) fremmede barn i sandkassen, \u00e5 ta bussen alene, edderkopper &#8211; og r\u00e5tt kj\u00f8tt. Araknofobien er forel\u00f8pig det eneste som best\u00e5r, og det f\u00e5r v\u00e6re greit. Mens mannen min tar seg av edderkoppene, kan jeg nemlig lage det beste <em>han <\/em>vet, og en av mine absolutte favoritter: biff tartar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tartaren har f\u00e5tt en ekte renessanse de siste \u00e5rene, for tiden finnes det knapt en tasting menu uten tartar. Det gj\u00f8r meg ingenting. Hvis du skal ha middagsselskap med flere retter, b\u00f8r du ogs\u00e5 vurdere \u00e5 sette tartaren p\u00e5 menyen. Retten i sin helhet kan minst en dag i forveien, det eneste du trenger \u00e5 gj\u00f8re er \u00e5 legge opp. Null stress, med andre ord. Finhakk r\u00f8dl\u00f8ken og grovhakk kapersen. Bland sammen kj\u00f8tt, r\u00f8dl\u00f8k, kapers, olivenolje, dijonsennep, og smak til med salt og pepper. Kapersen er ganske salt, s\u00e5 tilsett heller for lite enn for mye &#8211; og jeg synes tartaren t\u00e5ler ganske mye pepper, men smaken er som baken osv. Hvis du lager dette dagen f\u00f8r, dekk den til med plast og oppbevar den i kj\u00f8leskapet. Ta tartaren ut av kj\u00f8leskapet minst en time f\u00f8r servering.<\/li><li>Del bagetten i grove biter, og kj\u00f8r den i en foodprosessor til du f\u00e5r smuler. Du kan eventuelt finhakke bagetten med en kniv. Varm opp en stekepanne til middels lav varme, og ha i sm\u00f8ret. N\u00e5r sm\u00f8ret har smeltet, har du i br\u00f8dsmulene. De skal steke til de er helt spr\u00f8 og gylne, i omtrent 15\u201320 minutter. Ikke skru opp varmen, da blir de brent! R\u00f8r innimellom, og f\u00f8lg med mot slutten. Oppbevar loff crumbelen i en lufttett boks hvis du lager den lenge i forveien.<\/li><li>Lag majones, og tilsett finhakket eller t\u00f8rket estragon. Hvis du bruker ferdig majones, er det godt \u00e5 tilsette \u00bd ss hvitvinseddik ogs\u00e5 (med mindre du bruker Hellmann&#8217;s, som er lykke p\u00e5 glass).<\/li><li>Press tartarblandingen i en rund kakeform s\u00e5 det blir en rund puck, eller ha den p\u00e5 en tallerken.
