Men du f\u00f8ler at du m\u00e5 by p\u00e5 noe n\u00e5r du f\u00e5r gjester? Orker ikke mange timer over grytene, men synes det er hyggelig \u00e5 dele et m\u00e5ltid? Ok, da b\u00f8r du lese videre. Charcuterie-brett er helt opplagt tingen for deg. Det er en fryd for \u00f8yet, digg for magen, og du setter det sammen p\u00e5 en liten halvtime &#8211; det eneste du m\u00e5 gj\u00f8re er \u00e5 handle. Eller f\u00e5 maten levert p\u00e5 d\u00f8ren, lenge leve teknologien osv. Jeg serverte dette til himmelfalne gjester, denne retten er beskrivelsen p\u00e5 &laquo;low effort, high impact&raquo;. Jeg bakte et foccaciabr\u00f8d og serverte til, og majonesene og pestoene er hjemmelaget (man leker da ikke matblogger). Jeg vil hevde at resultatet blir best p\u00e5 den m\u00e5ten, men det er klart du kan kj\u00f8pe alt ferdig. Jeg skal ikke d\u00f8mme deg, bare husk \u00e5 tenne stearinlysene f\u00f8r gjestene kommer. Et dekket bord er ogs\u00e5 hyggelig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her lagde jeg ett brett med kj\u00f8ttp\u00e5legg og diverse dipper og ett brett med ost og syltet\u00f8y. Til slutt serverte jeg et brett med frukt, makroner og mascarpone (i mascarponen pisket jeg inn litt vanilje, sukker og sitronskall). Makronene er hjemmelagd (FORDI JEG HAR ENDELIG F\u00c5TT TIL \u00c5 LAGE MAKRONER, OG JEG ER S\u00c5 STOLT), men kj\u00f8p gjerne de som ligger i frysedisken, det fungerer ogs\u00e5 kjempefint. Bildene er bare ment som inspirasjon, det er bare fantasien som setter grenser for hva du kan ha p\u00e5 et slikt brett. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Porsjoner: Det er nesten <em>bare<\/em> avhengig av hvor mye ost og skinke du kj\u00f8per.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>kj\u00f8ttp\u00e5legg (jeg hadde parmaskinke, salami, kokt skinke, andepat\u00e9 og hvitl\u00f8kspate)<\/li><li>kjeks av forskjellige slag<\/li><li>tomater<\/li><li>aioli<\/li><li>chilimajones<\/li><li>ramsl\u00f8kmajones<\/li><li>basilikumpesto<\/li><li>tomatpesto<\/li><li>tapenade av sorte oliven<\/li><li>oliven<\/li><li>cornichoner<\/li><li>ost (Jeg hadde manchego, gambozola og camembert)<\/li><li>ditt favorittsyltet\u00f8y<\/li><li>druer<\/li><li>kjeks til ost<\/li><li>fken<\/li><li>frukt og b\u00e6r (Jeg hadde jordb\u00e6r, bringeb\u00e6r, bl\u00e5b\u00e6r, fersken, honningmelon, aprikos, pasjonsfrukt og physalis)<\/li><li>makroner<\/li><li>mynte<\/li><li>Mascarpone<\/li><li>sitronsaft og -skall<\/li><li>vaniljesukker<\/li><li>sukker<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5te<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Legg ingrediensene p\u00e5 forskjellige brett.<\/li><li>Server med foccacia, eller et annet br\u00f8d du liker.<\/li><li>Til fruktbrettet hadde jeg mascarponekrem: r\u00f8r sammen mascarpone, vaniljesukker, sukker og sitronskall og -saft. Smak deg frem.
