Det er faktisk nesten sant, det er s\u00e5 mye kj\u00e6rlighet i hjemmelaget pasta, for det tar litt tid og muskelkraft \u00e5 lage &#8211; med jeg vil hevde at pastaen alltid er verdt alt arbeidet. Jeg anbefaler at du bruker en pastamaskin til dette, men er du god med en kjevle og over gjennomsnittet t\u00e5lmodig, er jeg sikker p\u00e5 at du f\u00e5r det til uten ogs\u00e5. Ha eggene og saltet i gropen.<\/li><li>Bruk en gaffel, og jobb eggene inn i melet med sm\u00e5 sirkelbevegelser. Etter hvert vil du kunne bruke hendene, og kna deigen sammen. Hvis deigen virker for t\u00f8rr, tilsett noen dr\u00e5per vann, og hvis den er klissete, tilsett litt mel. Deigen skal heller v\u00e6re p\u00e5 den faste siden, den vil bli smidig etter hvert som du knar. <\/li><li>Kna og elt deigen i 10\u201315 minutter. Dette virker lenge, men det er s\u00e5 verdt det. Pakk deigen inn i plastfolie, og la den hvile i kj\u00f8leskapet i minst 20 minutter, maks 48 timer. <\/li><li>Kjevle ut deigen for h\u00e5nd, eller bruk en pastamaskin. Kjevle ut deigen s\u00e5 den passer bredden p\u00e5 pastamaskinen. Begynn p\u00e5 det bredeste hakket, og kj\u00f8r deigen gjennom et par ganger. Gj\u00f8r dette to til tre ganger p\u00e5 hvert hakk, til du har \u00f8nsket tykkelse. N\u00e5 har du lasagneplater, eller deig til ravioli. Hvis du lager tagliatelle eller linguini, er det lurt \u00e5 la deigen t\u00f8rke i omtrent 20 minutter f\u00f8r du koker den. <\/li><li>Jeg elsker fersk pasta servert med en klikk sm\u00f8r, litt salt og pepper, og raust med parmesan &#8211; men mulighetene er relativt uendelige.
