Brekke av en stengel i hagen til mamma, stjele med seg en litt for stor sk\u00e5l med sukker og knaske til man blir s\u00e5r i ganen. N\u00e5 er jeg voksen og har dermed ikke like umiddelbar tilgang p\u00e5 mammas hage, men heldigvis f\u00e5r jeg kj\u00f8pt rabarbra p\u00e5 butikken. Det funker, det ogs\u00e5. Denne basen kan nytes som den er, som varm eller kald suppe med en klikk mascarpone eller vaniljeis oppi. P\u00e5 hverdager serverer jeg den over is med farris, men til fest bytter jeg ut farrisen med cremant eller prosecco. Kutt den i grove biter.<\/li><li>Ha alle ingrediensene i en stor kjele, og kok opp. La blandingen koke i omtrent 15 minutter, til rabarbraen er myk og nesten g\u00e5tt i oppl\u00f8sning. <\/li><li>Sil saften i et d\u00f8rslag eller gjennom en sil eller et silklede. Hell den over p\u00e5 luftett beholder og avkj\u00f8l. Saften holder seg i kj\u00f8leskapet i omtrent 10 dager. <\/li><li>Hvis du vil lage sirup, kan du koke ned saften til omtrent en tredjedel gjenst\u00e5r.
